I Hope You’re Happy.

As the guilty parties will no doubt already be well aware, many of you have been (politely, I can admit)) badgering me over on Twitter to launch a YouTube channel or podcast. Well, congratulations, because the years of effort invested in your cyber-bullying campaigns have worn me down.

I give in, I give up, and I’m willing to give it a try — although I am not going to pretend I don’t already feel extremely guilty about exposing you guys to any more of my thoughts. But who am I to make decisions for others? If that’s truly how you’d like to spend your time and apparently can’t think of any other useless activities, fine. I give up. Your choices, your life.

HOWEVER, BE ADVISED.

I currently know (quite possibly less than) nothing about podcasting. I did save up for a microphone set up, and will stumble through “An Attempt Was Made,” but, fair warning: Baby Satan (if you haven't yet encountered him, consider yourself extremely lucky) ate my microphone, so I need to finance a replacement and then I’ll figure things out.

No, really. He eats lots of things (other than computer equipment). Dry ramen noodles and pizza happen to be his favorite allegedly “edible” items.

I am in no way, shape, or form prepared to answer this vague non-question question. I’d give it at least two months before launch, but I will keep you updated. So why am I wasting your time telling you? To be frank, I’m making myself publicly commit, because otherwise, I’m sure I’d weasel out due to self-awareness and some capacity for shame.
